Overall I highly suggest this if in the area, more rides than universal and better for kids that are getting out of Disney phase.1.5 5. We live in Dallas area and have Six Flags which is same kind of amusement park minus the animals and same price. There is so much to see an well worth the money. I don't know what the other family was taking about, you wait in more lines at Disney and universal than you do here. Especially with children, and then they get to rest for an hour from walking. They have had this show for at least 4 yrs and it is fun. The critter castaway show is worth your time. We have never paid the extra $50 to do the up close and feed safari ride there are 3 other ways to see the animals that are just as good. March was a little more crowded but arrive when they open and hit the major rides first then you can get them out of the way and do the safari rides and shows. October has the least amount of crowds, but then so of the water rides a a little cold. But this way we don't have to kill ourselves to get it done in one day. For families they usually have buy a ticket get another day pass for free, you just have to get the pass before you leave that first day( Not hard).

We come here at least once o year for the past 7. Overall this park had enough for our family and we will be visiting again in the future. The ballroom dance show was fine while we ate lunch, and the Let's get loud show had talented singers. Iceploration is basically a show that combines a story with ice skating and puppet-like animal costumes (think Lion King on Broadway type costumes) they also had live animals in the show. If you ride a coaster by yourself, don't be afraid to speak up and tell them you are a single rider, you can skip ahead of those waiting to ride with others at times. Easy for us to swap our son with one another while we rode a coaster as a single rider.

Basically each area had a big roller coaster, a couple kiddie attractions, and animals. There are a lot of attractions for little kids. It is big, but the animals and rides were mixed in very well throughout the areas. Another great thing about the park is the layout. He was able to meet the characters with no wait times, and we got a bunch of pictures. He went through each area multiple times. My son loved the rides, tree house, bounce area and sand box. Enough roller coasters to keep us satisfied. The rest of the coasters all had wait times of less than 5 minutes. (Apparently we were there the week after the local schools spring break.) The longest wait for any ride was Cheetah Hunt roller coaster and was only 10 minutes, so we rode numerous times. We arrived when park opened each day and I must say that the crowds were nonexistent when we were there. We didn't feel like we had to get everything rushed into a single day. After visiting Disney World last year for one day, I must say the overall value for the unlimited entry pass was very nice. We had the 14 day unlimited pass which included Adventure Island water park. Visited multiple times the week of March 18th with my Wife and toddler son.
